Each of our orders is shipped via FedEx SmartPost or UPS Ground. As each order is custom, it is built on demand and will typically be processed, printed, and shipped within 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Every order will receive tracking information via email approximately 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order has been placed.
Given the custom-made nature of Secret Smash, we are unable to accept returns.
Prior to confirming your purchase on our site, you will be asked to confirm a preview of your custom product. By confirming this preview, you understand that the content of your purchase will be printed and assembled as shown.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 10 days from the day it is received.
As each order is immediately sent to be custom-made upon purchase, we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes to any order.
